摘 要:某电厂3号、4号锅炉在启动后不久相继发生了一次风管及其燃烧器迅速烧红甚至烧损,最终被迫停炉的事件。对该起事件进行了调查分析,发现其根本原因是入炉煤中掺杂了某种非常规煤,通过对非常规煤单独化验、非常规煤与平日煤的不同比例掺配加热对比试验和煤灰颜色对比,研究了非常规煤的理化特性,最终确定3号、4号锅炉出现问题时所烧的煤中非常规煤的质量比例约在20%~50%。本文对该电厂后续工作起到了积极的支撑作用,同时也为其他电厂预防同类型事故的发生提供了经验借鉴。The No.3 and No.4 boilers in a power plant were forced to shut down because of the rapid burning of the primary air pipes and their burners.This event was investigated and analyzed.It was found that the root cause of this event was that some unconventional coal was mixed in the coal.The physical and chemical properties of unconventional coal was studied,through the unconventional coal quality test,the contrast test of heating mixed with different proportions of the unconventional coal and the ordinary coal,and the comparison of coal ash color.Finally it was found that the quality proportion of unconventional coal was about 20%~50%when this event happened.This paper plays a positive supporting role in the follow-up work of the power plant,and also provides experience for other power plants to prevent the occurrence of the same type of event.
