摘 要:跳频通信系统具备较强的抗搜索、抗截获和抗干扰能力。为实现对跳频信号的高效干扰,提出一种基于DQN的跳频信号干扰决策方法。通过对跳频信号进行时频分析和图像二值化处理获取信道状态,将其作为基于DQN算法构建的干扰决策网络输入数据;以干扰功率、驻留时间和跳频频率集作为决策因子,依据跳频通信模型受到干扰时的误码率构建误差函数输出干扰动作;根据反馈参数迭代调整最佳干扰策略和动作优化。仿真结果表明:基于DQN的跳频信号干扰决策方法能够进行有效决策,且决策出的干扰动作可使跳频通信模型中的误码率约为13%时达到稳定,具有高效干扰的能力。Frequency hopping communication system has strong anti-search,anti-intercept and anti-interference ability.In order to solve the problem of high efficiency interference,a decision method of FH signal interference based on DQN is proposed.Through time-frequency analysis and image binarization,the channel state is determined and input to the interference decision model based on DQN algorithm.The interference power,dwell time and hop frequency are considered as decision factors.According to the bit error rotio of the communication process,the loss function is constructed to output the interference action.The interference strategy and action are optimized through iteration.The simulation results show that the frequency hopping signal decision method based on DQN can make effective decision,and the error rate can be maintained at about 13%in the communication model.Meanwhile,the method has the ability to interfere efficiently.
