摘 要:针对当前机械产品设计效率低、周期长的问题,提出一种基于知识的特征单元组合技术,实现产品设计的参数计算和三维特征建模一体化。将产品分解为多个基本特征单元,利用二次开发、API接口、DLL封装等技术对特征单元进行程序化处理;采用知识驱动的可视化流程定制系统实现产品设计知识的表达,形成集参数计算与特征建模为一体的设计知识流程;推理该设计知识流程得到计算参数并在CAD系统中完成特征建模。以圆柱齿轮传动系统作为验证对象,详细分析了圆柱齿轮的特征及定位参数、尺寸参数的构成,整理并构建了圆柱齿轮设计计算和特征建模的知识流程,以此为推理依据,通过不同特征单元的组合完成齿轮传动系统的三维造型。结果表明,该方法可以提高产品设计效率,缩短产品研发周期,具有很强的通用性。Aiming at the problem of low efficiency and long cycle of mechanical product design,a knowledge-based feature unit combination technology is proposed to realize the integration of parameter calculation and 3D feature modeling of product design.Decompose the product into multiple basic feature units,and use secondary development,API interface,DLL encapsulation and other technologies to program the feature units.The knowledge-driven visual process customization system is used to realize the expression of product design knowledge,and form a design knowledge process that integrates parameter calculation and feature modeling.In the inference design knowledge process the calculated parameters are obtained and the feature modeling is completed in the CAD system.Taking cylindrical gear transmission system as the verification object,the characteristics of cylindrical gears,their positioning parameters and the composition of dimensional parameters are analyzed in detail,and the knowledge process of cylindrical gear design calculation and feature modeling is sorted out and constructed.Taking into account this reasoning,the three-dimensional modeling of the gear transmission system is completed through the combination of different feature elements.Practice shows that this method can improve product design efficiency,shorten product development cycle,and also has durable versatility.
