摘 要:对快速操动机构操作方式和结构组合进行分析,利用永磁机构高可靠性、强可控性和电磁斥力机构动作速度快、触动时间短等特点,设计了一种单稳态永磁机构和双线圈斥力盘相组合的快速操动机构。利用Ansys Maxwell建立了快速操动机构的有限元模型,并进行了静态和动态仿真计算,使设计的快速操动机构满足快速真空断路器的特性需求。针对快速真空断路器合闸弹跳大的问题做了深入研究,给出了在断路器刚合点前14 mm位置处介入液压缓冲的最优方式,合闸弹跳减小为0 ms。研制出40.5 kV快速真空断路器样机,分闸时间3.6 ms,合闸时间14.6 ms,合闸弹跳0 ms,短路开断电流31.5 kA,短路关合80 kA的参数满足技术要求。样机在电力工业电力设备及仪表质量检验测试中心通过了容量试验、10000次机械寿命、温升、绝缘等试验验证。This paper analyzes the operation mode and structure combination of the fast operating mechanism,and designs a fast operating mechanism composed of a mono-stable permanent magnet mechanism and a double-coil repulsion by using the high reliability and strong controllability of the permanent magnetic mechanism and the characteristics of the electromagnetic repulsion mechanism,such as fast action speed and short touch time.The finite element model of the fast operating mechanism is established by using ANSYS Maxwell,and the static and dynamic simulation calculations are carried out,so that the designed fast operating mechanism can meet the characteristic requirements of the fast vacuum circuit breaker.In view of the long closing bounce of the fast vacuum circuit breaker,an in-depth study is made,and the optimal way to intervene in the hydraulic buffer at the position 14 mm before the closing point of the circuit breaker is given.The closing bounce is reduced to 0 ms.The opening time of the 40.5 kV fast vacuum circuit breaker break-brake time is 3.6 ms,the closing time is 14.6 ms,the closing bounce is 0 ms,the short-circuit breaking current is 31.5 kA,and the short-circuit closing 80 kA,which can meet the technical requirements.The prototype has passed the capacity test,10000 times of mechanical life,temperature rise,insulation and other tests at the Power Industry Quality Inspection and Test Center for Electric Power Equipment and Instrument.
