摘 要:可再生能源规模化接入配电网已经成为共识。针对大量可再生电源以及电力电子器件所导致的配电网无功波动、网损增加以及电压波动等系列问题,提出了一种基于改进自适应粒子群算法的集成可再生能源的配电网无功优化方法。通过对风机以及光伏系统出力进行建模,获得其出力预测数据;建立含有电压越限罚函数的集成可再生能源的配电网无功优化模型;引入了电压稳定指标的概念,对配电网各个时段的电压状况进行评价;并通过改进的自适应粒子群优化算法进行模型求解;利用改进的IEEE-33节点系统进行了仿真验证。仿真结果表明文中提出的模型能够有效地降低网损,减少电压波动,保证电网的稳定运行,可以为后续的无功优化提供参考与借鉴。It has been widely accepted that the large-scale renewable energy is connected to the distribution network,but many renewable power sources and power electronic devices are liable to cause severe reactive power fluctuation,which increases the power loss and voltage fluctuation of distribution network.In this paper,a reactive power optimization method based on improved adaptive particle swarm optimization(IAPSO)for distribution network with integrated renewable energy is proposed.Firstly,the output prediction data of wind turbine and photovoltaic system are obtained by modeling.Secondly,the reactive power optimization model of distribution network with integrated renewable energy is established,which contains the penalty function of voltage exceeding limit.Then,the concept of voltage stability index is introduced to evaluate the voltage status in each period of distribution network.And the model proposed in this paper is solved by IAPSO.Finally,the improved IEEE-33 node system is used for simulation verification.The simulation results show that the proposed model can effectively reduce network loss and voltage fluctuation,and ensure the stable operation of the distribution network,which can provide reference for the subsequent reactive power optimization.
