摘  要:某核电厂设备冷却水泵自运行以来,多次出现驱动端轴承温度高报警故障,给机组运行带来严重安全隐患。通过对驱动端轴承运行时温升进行计算,最终确认驱动端轴承选型错误是导致设备冷却水泵驱动端轴承温度高的根本原因。对比轴承的安装尺寸,重新选型角接触球轴承SKF7236来替代圆锥滚子轴承SKF31326,彻底消除了设备冷却水泵驱动端轴承温度高报警故障。Since the initial operation of a cooling water pump in a nuclear power plant,there have been multiple high bearing temperature alarm faults at the drive end,posing serious safety hazards to the operation of the units.By calculating the temperature rise of the drive end bearing during operation,it is ultimately confirmed that the incorrect selection of the drive end bearing is the root cause of the high temperature of drive end bearing of the equipment cooling water pump.Compared with the installation dimensions of the bearings,the angular contact ball bearing SKF7236 is selected to replace the tapered roller bearing SKF31326,which completely eliminates such high temperature alarm fault of driving end bearing of the equipment cooling water pump.
