摘 要:分别介绍了高压开关柜真空断路器与柱上断路器航空插头与插座的外观结构特点以及二次回路控制工作原理存在的差异,并分析了在进行机械特性试验测试线路连接过程中的复杂性以及存在的安全隐患。针对这两种高压开关设备的差异特点,设计了一套测试线路装置试验箱和可适用于大部分高压开关设备使用的4条测试连接线。通过此装置能够有效地提高试验效率,降低误接线概率,保障设备与人身安全。The appearance and structure char acteristics of the air plug and socket of vacuum circuit breaker and pole-mounted circuit-breaker in high voltage switchgear as well as the differences in their working principle of the secondary circuit control are introduced respectively.And the complexity and the hidden danger in the process of line connection of mechanical characteristic test are analyzed.According to the difference of these two kinds of high voltage switchgear,a test box of test line device and four test connection lines suitable for most high voltage switchgear are designed.Through this device,the test efficiency can be improved,the probability of misconnection can be reduced,and the equipment and personal safety can be ensured effectively.
