摘 要:大数据征信提供了更多的信用产品和应用场景,可以提升受信者获取和使用信用的能力,但是鲜有实证研究涉及。基于中国城市商业信用环境指数、《中国统计年鉴》、中国家庭追踪调查等数据测量了大数据征信和信用能力,尝试解释大数据征信对信用能力的作用;基于似不相关回归估计检验了大数据征信对信用能力和信用的作用差异,并开展了城乡异质性分析。研究表明:大数据征信能够显著提升城市受信者的信用能力,对农村受信者而言该作用并不稳健;大数据征信对信用能力的作用要强于对信用的作用。Big data credit reporting provides more credit products and application scenarios,which can enhance the capability of trustees to access and use credit,but few empirical studies have been conducted.Based on the data of China City Commercial Credit Environment Index,China Statistical Yearbook,and China Family Panel Studies,this paper measures big data credit reporting and credit capability,and tries to explain the role of big data credit reporting on credit capability.This paper also tests the differences of the role of big data credit reporting on credit capability and credit based on the seemingly uncorrelated yegression estimation,and conducts urban-rural heterogeneity analysis.The research shows that:big data credit reporting can significantly improve the credit capability of urban trustees,but the conclusion is not robust for rural trustees;the effect of big data credit reporting on credit capability is stronger than that of credit.
