摘　　要：肾主藏精,精含先天与后天,本文基于肾主藏精其本质为藏后天之精的再认识,结合与后天环境因素密切相关的表观遗传修饰、肿瘤微环境(TME),剖析肾主藏精与表观遗传修饰的生理病理联系,将肾精失守与重塑表观遗传修饰、营造TME相接轨,为中医理论现代化深入研究提供思路和借鉴。The essence stored in the kidney includes innate essence and acquired essence.Based on the re-understanding of kidney s function of storing the acquired essence,this paper combines epigenetic modification and tumor microenvironment(TME)that are closely related to acquired environmental factors,analyzes the physiological and pathological relationship between the kidney-storing-essence and epigenetic modification,and integrates the loss of kidney essence with the reconstruction of epigenetic modification and the construction of TME,so as to provide ideas and references for the in-depth study of the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine theory.
