摘　　要：城乡融合是新时代下城乡关系发展必然趋势。作为城乡融合的重要抓手,乡村振兴与新型城镇化融合发展有助于推动城镇发展提质、破解乡村发展困境、协调城乡发展关系。从乡村振兴与新型城镇化的内涵价值出发,以两大战略共生互促的作用关系为融合基础前提,立足于城乡发展不协调、不充分、不平衡的现实场域,以高效城镇化联动产业兴旺加速城乡产业充分融合,以绿色城镇化联动生态宜居实现城乡环境保护融合,以包容城镇化联动乡风文明推动城乡文化互补融合,以和谐城镇化联动乡村治理有效完善城乡社会治理融合,以人本城镇化联动乡村生活富裕促进城乡公共资源融合,是乡村振兴与新型城镇化融合发展的实践路径。Urban-rural integration is an inevitable trend in the development of urban-rural relations in the new era.As an important starting point for urban-rural integration,the integrated development of rural revitalization and new urbanization can help promote the quality of urban development,solve the rural development dilemma,and coordinate the relationship between urban and rural development.Starting from the connotative value of rural revitalization and new urbanization,taking the symbiosis and mutual promotion of the two strategies as the basic premise of integration,and based on the reality of uncoordinated,inadequate and unbalanced urban and rural development,it is the practical path for the integrated development of rural revitalization and new urbanization that promote the full integration of urban and rural industries with high-efficient urbanization combining with industry flourishes,achieve the integration of urban and rural environmental protection with green urbanization combining with ecological livability,promote the complementary integration of urban and rural cultures with inclusive urbanization combining with vernacular civilization,improve the integration of urban and rural social governance with harmonious urbanization combining with effective rural governance,promote the integration of urban and rural public resources with people-oriented urbanization combining with rich rural life,and promote the integration of urban and rural public resources.
