摘  要:为了探究枯草芽孢杆菌不同施用次数对金银花生长和品质的影响,以4 a生金银花植株为试验材料,在生长季分别施用枯草芽孢杆菌剂0(不施,CK)、1、2和3次,研究了不同施用次数对生长指标、产量和品质的影响。结果表明:随着枯草芽孢杆菌施用次数的增加,金银花叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率和叶绿素含量均呈逐渐增加趋势;金银花中绿原酸、木犀草苷和浸出物含量逐渐升高,总灰分含量明显降低。施用枯草芽孢杆菌可显著促进金银花植株生长,明显提高金银花产量和品质。对金银花生长、品质和经济效益进行综合分析,认为枯草芽孢杆菌施用2次较好。In order to explore the effect of different application times of Bacillus subtilis on the growth and quality of Lonicera japonica,4-year-old L.japonica plants were used as experimental materials.B.subtilis agent was applied 0(no application,CK),1,2,and 3 times during the growth season,and the effects of different application times on the growth indicators,yield and quality were studied.The results showed that with the increase of application frequency of B.subtilis,the net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,and chlorophyll content of L.japonica leaves showed a gradually increasing trend.The content of chlorogenic acid,luteolin,and extracts in L.japonica gradually increased,while the total ash content significantly decreased.The application of B.subtilis can significantly promote the growth and improve the yield and quality of L.japonica.A comprehensive analysis of the growth,quality,and economic benefits of L.japonica,applying B.subtilis twice is better.
