中药材组培脱毒技术研究进展

摘　　要：从热处理、茎尖培养、热处理+茎尖培养、愈伤组织诱导、超低温保存和其他方法6个方面,对中药材组培脱毒技术研究情况进行了综述;对中药材组培脱毒技术的优化升级和研究成果进行总结;对未来中药材脱毒技术的发展方向进行了展望。可为深入研究中药材组培脱毒技术提供参考依据。The research of tissue culture and detoxification technology of traditional Chinese medicine was reviewed from six aspects:heat treatment,stem tip culture,heat treatment+stem tip culture,callus induction,ultra-low temperature preservation and other methods.The optimization,upgrading and research results of tissue culture and detoxification technology of traditional Chinese medicine were summarized.The development direction of detoxification technology of traditional Chinese medicine in the future was prospected.It can provide a reference basis for further study of tissue culture and detoxification technology of traditional Chinese medicine.
