摘  要:采用谐振腔内光束传输矩阵模拟的方法,对工作物质为Nd:CNGG晶体的谐振腔进行设计,考虑了Nd:CNGG晶体的热透镜效应,将Nd:CNGG晶体等效为薄透镜,利用Matlab软件进行了谐振腔内高斯光束的模拟.热透镜效应会对谐振腔的稳定性产生影响,并且影响输出激光的光束质量.热透镜效应严重时将破坏谐振腔的稳定性,使激光器无法输出激光.A resonator with Nd:CNGG crystal as its working material was designed by using the simulation method of beam propagation matrix in the resonator.Considering the thermal lensing effect of Nd:CNGG crystal,the Nd:CNGG crystal was equivalent to a thin lens and the Gaussian beam in the resonator was simulated using Matlab software.The thermal lens effect will affect the stability of the resonator and the beam quality of the output laser.When the thermal lens effect is serious,the stability of the resonator will be destroyed,so that the laser can′n output laser.
