摘 要:二维过渡金属碳化物(MXene)是一种性能优异的电极材料.其中,碳化钛(Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x))具有较高的金属导电性、高电容性和良好的力学性能,是超级电容器电极的理想候选材料.通过可控且简单的策略制备出独立的柔性Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)薄膜电极,采用简单的水热法在Ti_(3)AlC_(2)粉末中选择性蚀刻Al制备Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)薄膜,并在三电极系统中测试其超级电容器性能.在电流密度为5 A·g^(-1)时,Ti3C2Tx薄膜电极具有376.3 F·g^(-1)的高比电容,当电流密度为50 A·g^(-1)时,其比电容仍保持283.5F·g^(-1),具有良好的倍率性能.结果表明,Ti3C2Tx薄膜可作为一种优秀的高性能超级电容器电极材料.Two-dimensional transition metal carbide(MXene)is an excellent electrode material.Among them,titanium carbide(Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x))has high metal conductivity,high capacitance and good mechanical properties,so it is an ideal candidate material for supercapacitor electrode.An independent flexible Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) thin film electrode is prepared by controllable and simple strategy.A simple hydrothermal method is used to selectively etch Al in Ti_(3)AlC_(2) powder to prepare Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) thin film,and its supercapacitor properties are tested in a three-electrode system.When the current density is 5 A·g^(-1),the Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) film electrode has a high specific capacitance of 376.3 F·g^(-1),and when the current density is 50 A·g^(-1),the specific capacitance remains 283.5 F·g^(-1),showing a good multiplier performance.The results show that Ti3C2Tx film can be used as an excellent electrode material for high performance supercapacitors.
