摘  要:车床上加工零件内孔形状时,存在刀具与孔形内表面易发生干涉、切屑排出困难、刀头部位冷却润滑条件不理想等问题。通过双头刀杆可拆装式镗孔车刀与矩形刀杆引流槽式镗孔车刀设计,丰富车床内孔加工刀具尺寸规格,完善刀具结构功能,有效适应零件小尺寸多阶梯内孔与大尺寸深孔加工要求,节约生产成本,提高零件加工质量。When machining the inner hole shape of a part on a lathe,there are problems such as easy interference between the tool and the inner surface of the hole shape,difficulty in chip removal,and unsatisfactory cooling and lubrication conditions at the tool head.Through the design of double-head cutter bar detachable boring lathe tools and rectangular cutter bar drainage groove boring lathe tools,the size specifications of lathe inner hole processing tools are enriched,the tool structure functions are improved,and the requirements for processing small size multi-step inner holes and large size deep holes of parts are effectively adapted,saving production costs,and improving the processing quality of parts.
