摘 要:多孔特性是加气混凝土具有良好保温性能的重要因素之一,配比和工艺对气孔特性的影响较大,本文通过MATLAB图像处理技术和自编程序计算得到了钢渣-矿渣加气混凝土气孔的平均孔径和平均孔形状因子,研究了钢渣-矿渣配比、密度、搅拌时间及水料比对孔结构的影响,利用平均孔形状因子、平均孔径和孔隙率定义了孔结构因子,建立了免蒸压钢渣-矿渣加气混凝土孔结构因子导热模型,并与目前常用的几种导热模型进行了对比分析.研究结果表明:随着加气混凝土密度的增加,其孔结构越好,当搅拌时间为35 s时气孔结构最好;钢渣-矿渣加气混凝土孔结构因子导热系数模型与常用模型相比,计算简单方便,且结果相对误差不超过10%.Porous property is one of the important reasons for the good thermal insulation performance of airentrained concrete,and the proportion and process have a great effect on the porosity.In this paper,the average pore diameter and average pore shape coefficient of steel slag-slag aerated concrete pores are obtained by MATLAB image processing technology and self-programming.The effects of steel slag-slag ratio,density,stirring time and water-material ratio on the pore structure are studied.The pore structure factor is defined by using the mean pore shape factor,mean pore diameter and porosity.A thermal conductivity model of pore structure factor of autoclaved steel slag-slag aerated concrete is established and compared with several thermal conductivity models commonly used at present.The research results show that:with the increase of the density of air-entrained concrete,its pore structure is better,and the pore structure is the best when the mixing time is 35s.Compared with the common model,the steel slag-slag aerated concrete pore structure factor thermal conductivity model has a simple and convenient calculation process,and the relative error of the results does not exceed 10%.
