体育赋能乡村振兴的发展类型与浙江模式研究

摘　　要：以乡村振兴战略为重要指示,从体育作为朝阳产业、特色产业以及绿色产业三个角度分析其赋能乡村振兴所具备的可行性。采用比较分析法、空间分析法,将域外乡村的先进实践与浙江省优秀案例概括为自然资源禀赋型、赛事活动依托型和体育产业集群型三种类型,并对体育赋能乡村振兴的“浙江模式”进行界定与探讨。研究发现,浙江模式的发展路径主要包括:(1)把握乡村振兴战略在时间上的持续性和体育项目规划在空间上的全域性,进而统筹全局,逐步推进;(2)充分尊重各地自然条件、经济发展等的客观差异,因地制宜,措置有方。Taking the rural revitalization strategy as an important instruction,the feasibility of sports as a sunrise industry,a special industry,and a green industry for rural revitalization is analyzed from three perspectives.Using comparative analysis and spatial analysis,the advanced practices of overseas villages and the excellent cases in Zhejiang Province are summarized into three types:natural resource endowment type,event-based type,and sports industry cluster type,and the"Zhejiang model"of sports-enabled rural revitalization is defined and discussed.The study finds that the development path of this model mainly includes:①grasping the continuity of the rural revitalization strategy in time and the spatial territoriality of the sports project planning,to coordinate the whole situation and promote it gradually;②fully respecting the objective differences in natural conditions and economic development of different regions,and taking appropriate measures according to local conditions.
