建设宜居宜业和美乡村进程中农村体育发展的挑战与机遇研究

摘　　要：在乡村振兴战略的背景下,运用文献资料等方法对当前农村体育研究学术史进行梳理,从农村体育的参与率、农村体育场地设施、农村体育管理体制这几方面作文献综述。在此基础上,发现建设宜居宜业和美乡村进程中农村体育面临诸多挑战:农村居民体育意识有待提高、农村体育设施总量不足及供需错配、农村相关管理体制亟待完善。在党的二十大和2023年中央一号文件等出台,从建设宜居宜业和美乡村出发,多方位对应探索农村体育发展的机遇:和美乡村建设有助于培养农村居民健康生活方式;宜居乡村建设有助于完善农村公共体育设施;和谐乡村建设有助于完善农村体育治理体系。In the background of rural revitalization strategy,this paper uses literature and other methods to sort out the current academic history of rural sports research,and makes a literature review from the participation rate of rural sports,rural sports venues and facilities,and rural sports management system.On this basis,it is found that rural sports face many challenges in the process of building livable and suitable rural areas:the sports awareness of rural residents needs to be improved,the total amount of rural sports facilities is insufficient and the mismatch of supply and demand,and the relevant management system in rural areas need to be improved.After the 20th CPC National Congress and the No.1 Central Document of 2023 were issued,the opportunities for the development of rural sports were explored in multiple directions,starting from the construction of livable and working harmonious countryside.The construction of harmonious countryside is conducive to the cultivation of a healthy lifestyle for rural residents;Livable countryside construction is helpful to improve rural public sports facilities;Harmonious countryside construction is helpful to improve the rural sports governance system.
