新发展阶段我国单项体育协会党建生态机制建设研究

摘　　要：新发展阶段中华民族伟大复兴面临新形势、新挑战,迫切需要建立以党建为引领的生态机制,对处于改革创新中的单项体育协会意义重大。研究运用生态学理论,剖析了我国单项体育协会党建生态机制的生态结构和运行关系,围绕当前存在的困境壁垒,提出党建生态机制建设路径。研究得出:单项体育协会党建生态结构是由宏观的生态维度、中观的运行结构和微观的生态因子构成的套嵌结构,各层相互联系、逐级制约。党建组织生态、业务融合生态、治理生态和政治生态组成了宏观层面的生态维度,而每个生态维度则由中观层面的组织者、行动者、共享者、物质环境等形成运行框架,且政策、制度、文化、监督评价、规模等微观层面的关键性生态因子又直接影响运行效果。因此,提出以组织体系建设为基础,以党建推进事业发展为目的,以制度建设为保障,以提高党建生态因子质量为路径,确保单项体育协会实体化改革成效。The great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the new era is facing new situations and challenges.The establishment of an ecological mechanism led by party building is of great significance for promoting the stability of individual sports associations.This research uses the ecological theory to analyze the ecological structure and operation relationship of the ecological mechanism of the party building of China's individual sports associations and puts forward the path of the construction of the ecological mechanism of the party building around the current dilemma barriers.The research shows that the ecological structure of the party building of individual sports associations is composed of macro ecological dimensions,meso-economics operational structure,and micro ecological factors,and all levels are interrelated and restricted step by step.The macro ecological dimension includes four aspects:party building organization ecology,business integration ecology,governance ecology,and political ecology.Each ecological dimension forms a meso operational framework by organizers,actors,sharers,and the physical environment,and the operational effect is affected by key ecological factors such as policy,system,culture,supervision and evaluation,and scale.Therefore,we propose targeted construction strategies such as improving organizational construction,building a business integration system for party building,strengthening governance drive,ensuring the direction of substantiation,improving the organizational strength of the party organization,strengthening the management of party members,innovating the work form of party building,and improving the quality of ecological factors for party building,so as to provide theoretical reference for promoting the party building work of individual sports associations.
