摘　　要：采用文献资料法、访谈法等,研究我国健身休闲产业发展历程和现阶段面临的困境,进而提出优化策略。我国健身休闲产业经历了萌芽阶段、培育阶段、成长阶段,现正蓬勃发展;但仍存在健身休闲产业政策执行效果不佳、健身休闲场地设施不足,健身休闲产品单一和供给不足,健身休闲消费不活跃,健身休闲专业人才储备不足等问题制约健身休闲产业的发展;针对健身休闲产业存在的问题认为加强部门协同促进健身休闲产业政策的落地执行、加强健身休闲场馆设施服务体系建设、加强健身休闲产品供给市场建设、加强健身休闲产业人才培养,推动健身休闲产业健康发展。Using the methods of literature and interviews,this paper studies the development history of my country's fitness and leisure industry and the difficulties it faces at this stage,and then proposes optimization strategies.my country's fitness and leisure industry has gone through the budding stage,the cultivation stage,and the growth stage,and is now booming;however,there are still problems in the implementation of the fitness and leisure industry policy,the lack of fitness and leisure venues and facilities,the single fitness and leisure products and insufficient supply,and the lack of fitness and leisure consumption.Active,insufficient reserve of fitness and leisure professionals restricts the development of the fitness and leisure industry;because of the problems existing in the fitness and leisure industry,it is believed that strengthening the coordination of departments to promote the implementation of the policy of the fitness and leisure industry,strengthening the construction of fitness and leisure venues facilities and service systems,and strengthening fitness and leisure products Supply market construction,strengthen the training of talents in the fitness and leisure industry,and promote the healthy development of the fitness and leisure industry.
