摘  要:为了研究切割时切割索对平板的分离能力,对线性聚能切割索切割分离平板过程进行了研究,采用数值仿真的方法得到了平板分离速度,通过此模型分析了无压板与平板预切割2种情况下平板的分离速度,结果表明压板能够限制爆轰产物泄露从而提高平板的分离速度,而预切割平板的射流切割过程对平板的分离影响较小。同时进行了切割分离平板的试验,验证了聚能切割索的切割与驱动平板的分离能力,仿真结果与试验结果吻合。研究结果可为切割分离装置相关设计提供参考。In order to study the separation ability of the cutting cable to a plate during cutting,this paper studies the process of cutting and separating plates of the linear shaped energy cutting cable,and obtains the separation speed of the plate through numerical simulation.The model is used to analyze the separation velocity of the plate under the two conditions of cutting without a pressure plate and pre-cutting a plate.The results show that the pressure plate can limit the leakage of detonation products and improve the separation speed of the plate,while the jet cutting process of the pre-cut plate has little influence on the separation of the plate.At the same time,the experiment of cutting and separating the plates is carried out to verify the cutting ability of the shaped cutting cable and the separation ability of the driving plate.The simulation results are consistent with the experimental results.The research results can provide reference for the design of cutting and separation devices.
