摘  要:某大型气囊的快速充气展开是通过3组火药依次点火产生膨胀气体实现的。研究出一种以大体积压缩空气为气源,高响应的快开快关阀为充气控制单元的气囊充气展开试验方法。通过对气囊火药点火充气展开过程及进气口处测试数据进行分析研究,得出考核气囊快速充气展开功能的核心因素与其数据指标以及其他相关因素与其数据;以核心因素数据指标为设计目标,通过理论计算及反复实验,获取了气源压力、蓄能器压力、节流阀开度、快开快关阀开启与关闭时间等参数值,并与火药点火充气数据进行对比;结果表明2种试验方法的核心因素数据高度一致,偏差为0%~8.3%。新试验方案的成本仅为原方法的5%,效率提高了8倍。The rapid inflation and development of a large airbag is achieved by the sequential ignition of three groups of gunpowder to generate inflation gas.This paper carries out an airbag inflation and development test method,which uses a large volume of compressed air as the air source and a high-response quick-opening and quick-closing valve as the inflation control unit.Through the analysis and research of this inflation and development process and the test data at the air inlet,the core factors and the data indicators for evaluating the rapid inflation and development function of the airbag,as well as other related factors and their data are obtained.Taking the core factor data indicators as the design goal,through theoretical calculation and repeated experiments,this paper obtains the parameter values such as gas source pressure,accumulator pressure,throttle valve opening as well as opening and closing time of the quick-opening and quick-closing valve.Then,these values are compared with the gunpowder ignition and inflation data.The results show that the core factor data of the two test methods are highly consistent,with deviations ranging from 0%to 8.3%.The cost of the new test scheme is only 5%of the original method,and the efficiency increases by 8 times.
