摘 要:为研究Ti/Al_(3)Ti层状复合材料在弹体斜侵彻下的防护性能以及解决有限元法模拟侵彻过程存在的网格畸变问题,利用物质点法建立了弹体侵彻Ti/Al_(3)Ti层状复合材料的数值模型,模拟了弹体侵彻Ti/Al_(3)Ti层状复合材料的过程,得到的弹道冲击靶板应变云图和弹体剩余速度时程曲线与已有文献结果对比,吻合较好。并基于物质点法模拟了卵形弹以不同入射角度侵彻Ti/Al_(3)Ti层状复合材料的过程。当弹体入射角度θ从0°增加到45°时,弹体垂直靶板方向弹体剩余速度减少,Ti/Al_(3)Ti层状复合材料的能量吸收率从43.4%增加至99.9%。且当弹体入射角度为45°时,发生了明显的跳弹现象。结果表明:随着弹体入射角度的增加,Ti/Al_(3)Ti层状复合材料的抗斜侵彻性能提升。In order to study the protective performance of Ti/Al_(3)Ti laminate composites under oblique penetration by projectiles and to solve the problem of grid distortion in the process of simulating penetration through the finite element method,this paper establishes a numerical simulation model of projectile penetrating into Ti/Al_(3)Ti laminate composites based on the material point method.The process of projectile penetrating into Ti/Al_(3)Ti laminate composite materials is simulated,and the obtained strain cloud diagrams of ballistic impact target plates and the time history curve of the residual velocity of the projectile body are consistent with the experimental results in the existing literature.The process of oval projectile penetrating into Ti/Al_(3)Ti laminate composites at different incident angles is then simulated based on the material point method.As the projectile incident angleθincreases from 0°to 45°,the residual velocity of the projectile perpendicular to the target plate decreases,and the energy absorption rate of the Ti/Al_(3)Ti laminate composites increases from 43.4%to 99.9%.Obvious ricochet occurs when the projectile incident angle is 45°.The results show that the oblique penetration resistance of Ti/Al_(3)Ti laminate composites improves with an increase of the incident angle of the projectile.
