摘 要:爆炸焊接制备T2/316L铜钢复合材料,测试其力学性能,并通过对界面处金相组织、元素分布、SEM分析,研究铜钢复合材料爆炸焊接机理和热处理对铜钢复合材料的影响。结果表明:铜钢复合材爆炸态的抗拉强度约为336.6 MPa,剪切强度为约183 MPa;在620℃下保温20 h的热处理后,抗拉强度约为224.6 MPa,剪切强度约为131 MPa,2种状态下的拉伸试样均在铜侧断裂。在铜钢界面处形成爆炸焊接特有的波状结构,爆炸态界面处晶粒被拉伸、破碎变得细小,热处理后界面两侧晶粒恢复长大;界面两侧未发生元素扩散现象,界面处漩涡内存在金属融化物,其中主要包含Cr、Fe、Ni、Cu元素。T2/316L copper steel composite is prepared by explosive welding,and its mechanical properties are tested.Through the analysis of metallographic structure,element distribution and SEM at the interface,this paper studies the explosive welding mechanism of the copper steel composite and the effect of heat treatment on the copper steel composite.The results show that the tensile strength of the copper steel composite in the explosive state is about 336.6 MPa,and the shear strength is about 183 MPa.After heat treatment at 620℃for 20 hours,the tensile strength is about 224.6 MPa,and the shear strength is about 131 MPa.The tensile specimens in both states break at the copper side.The special wavy structure of explosive welding forms at the interface of copper and steel.The grains at the explosive interface are stretched and broken to become small,and the grains on both sides of the interface recover to grow after heat treatment.There is no element diffusion on both sides of the interface,and there is metal melt in the vortex at the interface,mainly including Cr,Fe,Ni and Cu elements.
