摘  要:为研究生物柴油、乙醇作为柴油替代燃料的可行性,本文开展了柴油-生物柴油-乙醇的互溶性试验及理化特性检测。试验结果表明:为保证在8℃时不出现分层,则柴油中单独掺混乙醇的比例不应超过10%;为使得乙醇和柴油能够以任意比例互溶,生物柴油的加入量随着温度的升高而逐渐降低;随着乙醇的加入量增加,混合燃料的黏度减小;混合燃料与聚苯乙烯材料产生一定的反应,破坏容积壁面结构,降低乙醇与柴油的互溶性。为保证混合燃料的互溶性、润滑性及着火性,乙醇的添加比例不应超过30%,而生物柴油的添加比例不宜大于乙醇。To study the feasibility of biodiesel and ethanol as alternative fuels for diesel engines.In this paper the mutual solubility test and physical and chemical properties testing of diesel/biodiesel/ethanol were carried out.The simulation results show that:in order to ensure that the fuel does not have stratification at 8℃,the proportion of ethanol alone in diesel should not exceed 10%;in order to make ethanol and diesel soluble in any ratio,the amount of biodiesel added gradually decreases with the increase of temperature;with the addition of ethanol,the viscosity of the mixed fuel decreases.The mixed fuel will react with polystyrene material to a certain extent and destroy the container wall,and reduce the mutual solubility of ethanol and diesel.Therefore,in order to ensure that the mixed fuel has good lubricity and reliability the ignition energy,the blending ratio of ethanol should not exceed 30%,and the addition of biodiesel should not be higher than that of ethanol.
