摘  要:HMCVT为无动力中断换挡,出现换挡需求时,当前离合器松开的同时,目标离合器接合。但在实际工作过程中,存在换挡过程持续时间过长、速差过大等现象使离合器磨损严重,本文通过计算滑磨功,将换挡过程中离合器的磨损量化,当检测到单位时间内离合器滑磨功超过限值,采取保护措施,快速完成换挡或放弃换挡,以保证离合器动力传递功能。HMCVT(Hydro-mechanical continuously variable transmission)is a shift without power interruption.When there is a shift demand,the clutch of the current gear is released while the target clutch is engaged.However,there will be phenomena such as long duration of the shifting process or excessive speed difference,which will cause serious clutch wear.In this paper,by calculating the friction work,the friction work of the clutch during the shifting process is quantified.When the clutch friction work is too large within a certain time,take protective measures to quickly complete the shift or terminate the shift to ensure the power transmission function of the cultch.
