摘  要:某厂使用CrWMn制造凸模经热处理后,在清洗表面的过程中发生炸裂现象,该情况连续发生两次,为查明其原因,对该模具进行金相组织、宏观断口以及硬度等分析,并采用仿真对其进行验证。针对炸裂的原因制定出相应的改进措施与方案,并取得效果完成产品的交付。结果表明,模具尺寸太大,没有淬透,使碳化物尺寸较大并在晶界聚集,加之内部产生的残余拉应力,则使裂纹扩展导致凸模炸裂。A factory used CrWMn to make punch,after heat treatment,to crack during surface cleaning,which occurred twice in a row.In order to find out the cause,the metallographic structure,macro fracture and hardness of the mold were analyzed,and the simulation was used to verify it.The corresponding improvement measures and plans were developed for the cause of the explosion,and the product delivery was completed with results.The results show that if the die size is too large and the carbide is not quenched,the carbide will be larger and gather at the grain boundary.In addition,the residual tensile stress generated inside the die will make the crack expand and cause the punch to explode.
