摘  要:针对大螺旋角面齿轮展成加工的难题,提出并研究一种车齿法数控加工螺旋齿面齿轮的技术。根据空间交错轴齿轮啮合理论,建立了螺旋齿面齿轮车齿法的理论加工模型,研究了车齿法加工面齿轮的自由度,建立了车齿切削中刀具和工件的展成运动,推导了车齿加工的啮合方程、螺旋齿面齿轮工作齿面方程。在基础上,构建了车齿法螺旋齿面齿轮数控加工模型,根据螺旋齿面齿轮车齿理论坐标系与数控车齿坐标系的对应关系,推导出螺旋齿面齿轮数控车齿中的两个回转运动和三个直线移动的运动参数。对螺旋齿面齿轮进行数控车齿仿真,获得了仅在小端齿根处存在5.6μm误差的高精度螺旋齿面齿轮模型,验证了螺旋齿面齿轮数控车齿加工技术的可行性。In order to generate spiroid face gear,a novel skiving method was proposed and studied in the paper,and a NC machining technology for the gears was developed based on numerical control technology.According to the meshing theory of spatial staggered shaft gears,the theoretical skiving model of the face gears was established,and the degrees of freedom for the generationwerealso analyzed.Consideration of the generating motions between the cutter and the work-piece,the meshing equation and the working tooth flank of the spiroid face gears were derived.On the basis of a CNC machine,a NC skiving machining model for thespiroid gearswas constructed.For generation of the gears,the motion parameters of two rotary motions and three linear motions were obtained according to the corresponding relationship between the theoretical coordinate systems and the coordinate systems of NC skiving model.The results of gear cutting simulation illustrate that the maximum error between thesimulation model and the theoretical generatedmodel is 5.6μm.Therefore,it is feasible for the NC skiving technology of the spiroid face gears.
