摘　　要：面对汽车产业正在进行的新的技术革命与创新发展,车辆工程专业人才的培养目标受到新形势的影响,本文依托河北科技大学车辆工程专业,通过分析当前社会对车辆工程专业人才的需求状况,探讨在“四新”理念下工科院校车辆工程专业应用型人才培养模式,制定新的培养方案,为进一步培养出满足社会对人才的需求、适应汽车产业转型升级的高级应用型、创新型、复合型人才提出新的思路,也对其他专业人才的培养理念提供较好的参考价值。Facing the automobile industry ongoing new technological revolution and innovation development,the vehicle engineering professionals training target affected by the new situation,relying on the Hebei university of science and technology,by analyzing the current social demand for vehicle engineering professionals,discussed under the"four new"concept,develop new training plan,to further cultivate meet the social demand for talents,to meet the transformation and upgrading of advanced applied,innovative,compound talents put forward new ideas,also provide good reference value for the training of other professionals.
