摘 要:发动机装配线平衡优化时的平衡损失率较高,导致优化效果较差,为此,应研究面向智能制造的商用汽车发动机装配线平衡优化。首先,设置商用汽车发动机装配件,并建立装配线模型,提出实验中的装配步骤;其次,根据装配线平衡优化指标,分别构建拆解重排与并行作业两种优化目标函数;最后,采用蚂蚁算法求解优化后的目标函数,实现装配线的平衡优化。实验结果可知,并行作业方案的优化指标较优,发动机平衡损失率在6%~9%左右,说明本文方案具有一定的应用水平。The high rate of balance loss in engine assembly line balance optimization leads to poor optimization effect,for which,the commercial vehicle engine assembly line balance optimization for intelligent manufacturing should be studied.Firstly,the commercial vehicle engine assembly parts are set up,and the assembly line model is established,and the assembly steps in the experiment are proposed.Secondly,according to the assembly line balance optimization index,two optimization objective functions are constructed for disassembly and rearrangement and parallel operation respectively.Finally,the optimized objective function is solved by the ant algorithm to realize the assembly line balance optimization.From the experimental results,it can be seen that the optimization index of the parallel operation scheme is better,and the engine balance loss rate is around 6%~9%,which indicates that the scheme of this paper has a certain application level.
