摘　　要：本文基于国家电网能源互联网战略的科学内涵,结合能源互联网背景,根据电网企业的特征和属性,谨遵战略评估体系,依据战略评估理论和相关方法,从价值、客户、内部流程和学习与成长等不同维度来研究解读战略地图在国家电网能源互联网战略中的应用,分析了驱动战略成功的关键成功因子,为建立国家电网能源互联网战略评价体系提供了理论框架。This paper is based on the scientific connot ation of national grid energy internet strategy,combined with the background of energy on the internet,based on the characteristics and attributes of power grid enterprises,follow the strategic evaluation system,according to the strategic evaluation theory and related methods,from the value,customers,internal process and learning and growth of different dimensions to study the strategic map in the application of the national grid energy internet strategy,analyzes the driving strategy success key success factor,provides the theoretical framework for establishing the national grid energy Internet strategy evaluation system.
