摘  要:我国采矿业对复摆颚式破碎机工作性能和产品治疗提出了更高要求,进一步分析复摆颚式破碎机腔形对优化复摆颚式破碎机结构和运动参数具有重要作用。基于此,本文通过利用旋回复摆颚式破碎机和圆锥复摆颚式破碎机研究数据,分析物料运动模型和动鄂运动规律,合理划分破碎腔,构建满足复摆颚式破碎机日常运行的各种模型,如分层模型和产品粒度分布模型,能有效优化产品粒度和复摆颚式破碎机的性能,对复摆颚式破碎机设计具有重要作用。China's mining industry has put forward higher requirements for the working performance and product treatment of the compound pendulum jaw crusher.Further analysis of the cavity shape of the compound pendulum jaw crusher plays an important role in optimizing the structure and motion parameters of the compound pendulum jaw crusher.Based on this,this paper analyzes the material movement model and the moving jaw movement law,reasonably divides the crushing chamber,and constructs various models that meet the daily operation of the compound swing jaw crusher,such as the layered model and the product particle size distribution model,by using the research data of the rotary swing jaw crusher and the conical compound swing jaw crusher,which can effectively optimize the product particle size and the performance of the compound swing jaw crusher,and plays an important role in the design of the compound swing jaw crusher.
