摘  要:为实现某船用电动执行执行机构驱动单元设计要求,基于等效磁路法,计算无刷直流电机主要结构尺寸,然后结合Maxwell仿真软件,建立电机二维有限元模型,分析电机磁路,得到电机机械特性曲线;进而根据设计参数研制样机,并进行试验验证。研究表明,该无刷直流电机设计合理,输出力矩、转速、效率等多项性能指标满足电动执行器机构驱动单元设计要求。To meet the design requirements of the driving unit of a marine electric actuator,the equivalent magnetic circuit method is employed to calculate the main structural dimensions of the brushless DC motor.Following this,a two-dimensional finite element model of the motor is developed using the Maxwell simulation software to analyze its magnetic circuit and obtain the mechanical characteristic curve of the motor.Based on design parameters,a prototype was developed and tested.The research findings indicate that the brushless DC motor's design is reasonable,and its output torque,speed,efficiency,and other performance indicators meet the requirements of the electric actuator mechanism's driving unit design.
