摘　　要：目的:探讨自杀倾向者对情绪词汇的注意偏向及其加工机制。方法:采用自杀相关、负性、正性和中性词汇为实验材料,以点探测任务结合眼动技术探究自杀倾向组和健康对照组对不同类型情绪词汇的注意偏向。结果:反应时结果显示,自杀倾向组对三类情绪词汇的反应时均显著大于健康对照组,控制抑郁水平后该效应不显著。眼动结果表明,自杀倾向组在三类情绪词汇的眼动分数上均无显著差异,对正性词汇的总注视时间偏向分数显著小于健康对照组。结论:自杀倾向者并未表现出对情绪词汇的选择性注意。与健康个体相比,自杀倾向者缺乏对于正性刺激的注意偏向。Objective:The purpose of this study is to explore the mechanism of attentional bias towards emotional words in suicidal individuals.Methods:In this study,the attention bias of suicidal group and healthy control group to different types of emotional words(suicide-related,negative,positive and neutral words)was investigated using the dot probe task combined with eye-tracking technology.Results:Reaction time results showed that the reaction time of the suicidal group towards the three kinds of emotional words was significantly longer than that of the control group,but the results was nonsignificant after taking into account depression.The results of eye movements showed that the total fixation time bias score of the suicidal group towards positive words was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:Suicidal individuals do not show attentional bias to emotional words.In addition,compared with healthy individuals,suicidal individuals fail to pay more attention to positive information.
