摘　　要：目的:本研究旨在考察双抑制任务视角下海洛因戒断者抑制控制功能的损伤。方法:选取31名海洛因戒断者以及年龄、受教育年限相匹配的35名正常成年男性,采用Stroop\oddball任务考察两组被试在单、双抑制任务下的反应时。结果:被试双抑制任务反应时显著长于反应抑制任务反应时,反应抑制任务反应时显著长于冲突抑制任务反应时;海洛因戒断组双抑制分数显著高于正常组;海洛因戒断组与正常组的反应抑制分数及冲突抑制分数差异均不显著。结论:反应抑制比冲突抑制更困难;海洛因戒断者抑制控制功能受损。Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the impairment of inhibitory control function in heroin abstinent from the perspective of dual inhibitory tasks.Methods:Thirty-one heroin abstinent and 35 normal adult males matched in age and years of education were selected,and the Stroop\oddball task was used to investigate the response time of the two groups under the single and double inhibition tasks.Results:The response time of the subjects on the dual-inhibition task was significantly longer than that on the response-inhibition task,and the response time on the response-inhibition task was significantly longer than that on the conflict-inhibition task;the double-inhibition score in the heroin abstinent was significantly higher than that in the normal group;There was no significant difference in the scores of response inhibition and conflict inhibition between groups.Conclusion:Response inhibition is more difficult than conflict inhibition;The inhibitory control function of heroin abstinent is impaired.
