摘  要:当前我国新能源汽车市场现在逐步由政策驱动型向市场驱动型转变,未来新能源汽车将成为一种大趋势,伴随着汽车智能网联化的推进,人们的生活方式和消费观念也悄然升级,消费者对新能源汽车电动化、智能化的认知程度还有很多的欠缺,所以我们需要一个行业的产品竞争力评价体系,通过一个科学的评价体系,使得消费者进一步加深对于新能源汽车产品的了解。同时,汽车企业在汽车产品设计、工程研发阶段缺少对其进行产品开发指导优化的工具。目前国内外测评机构在汽车评价领域均有比较成熟的评价体系,大部分测评机构主要以汽车媒体主观评测为主,各家评价标准不统一,缺少全面的汽车产品竞争力评价体系。本文通过用户对新能源汽车感知需求结合影响新能源汽车产品竞争力的因素,构建了新能源汽车产品特征目录体系;基于新能源汽车产品特征目录体系,利用定义五步法、指标重要度分析,定义新能源汽车产品力评价体系竞争策略;结合竞争策略采模糊用层次分析法制定各层级的指标权重,通过PALS策略分析方法,建立了基于特征目录的新能源汽车产品力评价体系。最后采用该评价体系对某新能源即将上市车型完成汽车产品力竞争评价体系应用分析,从市场角度验证该评价体系的合理性。At present,China's new energy vehicle market is now gradually changing from policy-driven to market-driven,and the future new energy vehicles will become a general trend.With the promotion of automotive intelligent networking,people's lifestyle and consumption concepts have also quietly upgraded.Consumers are still lacking new energy vehicle electrification,and intelligence awareness.So we need an industry product competitiveness evaluation system.Through a scientific evaluation system,consumers further deepen their understanding of new energy vehicle products.At the same time,automotive companies lack the tools to guide and optimize their product development in the stage of automotive product design and engineering research and development.At present,domestic and foreign evaluation institutions have a relatively mature evaluation system in the field of automobile evaluation,most of which are mainly based on the subjective evaluation of automobile media.And the evaluation standards of each company are not uniform,and there is a lack of comprehensive evaluation system for the competitiveness of automobile products.This paper constructs a new energy vehicle product feature catalog system based on users'perceived demand for new energy vehicles and factors affecting the competitiveness of new energy vehicle products.Based on the new energy vehicle product feature catalog system,the five-step method of definition and the analysis of the importance of indicators are used to define the competitive strategy of the new energy vehicle product strength evaluation system.Combined with the fuzzy analysis hierarchy method of competitive strategy,the index weights of each level are formulated,and the evaluation system of new energy vehicle product strength based on feature catalog is established through the PALS strategy analysis method.Finally,the evaluation system is used to complete the application analysis of the automotive product competitiveness evaluation system for a new energy model that is about to be listed,and the r
