摘　　要：本文主要结合在上汽通用五菱的多年项目研发经验,针对某MPV车型的第一排,二排及三排的外侧座椅的三点式安全带进行布置设计,考虑其性能要求,确保安全带与车身钣金及座椅结构匹配,计算出有效区域并进行调整,得出满足法规又满足乘客舒适性的位置。下文详细介绍安全带约束系统的组成结构,总体布置,再通过GB14167确定安全带的布置满足国标要求。Based on years of project R&D experience in SAIC-GM-Wuling,this paper arranges and designs the three-point seat belts of the outboard seats of the first,second and third rows of an MPV model,considers its performance requirements,ensures that the seat belts match the body sheet metal and seat structure,calculates the effective area and adjusts it,and obtains the position that meets the regulations and meets the comfort of passengers.The following details the composition structure and overall arrangement of the seat belt restraint system,and then determines that the arrangement of the seat belt meets the requirements of the national standard through GB14167.
