摘  要:针对外部多个凸起、内部多个螺旋通道的新能源汽车用铝合金电机外壳铸造存在壁厚差大、难以连续固化、局部存在缩松等问题。通过对连铸工艺的仿真,得出了连铸后的补缩通道出现了断裂,没有在热接头到冒口之间建立温度阶梯,出现了缩松现象的结论。在得到了客户的认可后,对铸造结构进行了改进,减少了在凝固时产生的热节点,同时对采用“补气”替代“边冒”的技术方案进行了改进。在此基础上,通过计算机仿真,得到了最优的工艺参数,并完成了连续凝固。经实践检验,不仅解决了缩松问题,还使制程合格率、生产率、成本等方面有了较大的提高。Aluminum alloy motor shell casting for new energy vehicles with multiple external protrusions and multiple internal spiral channels has problems such as large wall thickness difference,difficulty in continuous curing,and local shrinkage.Through the simulation of the continuous casting process,it is concluded that the shrinkage channel is broken after continuous casting,and the temperature step is not established between the hot joint and the riser,and the shrinkage phenomenon occurs.After the customer's approval,the casting structure was improved,the hot nodes generated during solidification were reduced,and the technical solution of replacing"side buoyance"with"make-up gas"was improved.On this basis,through computer simulation,the optimal process parameters were obtained,and continuous solidification was completed.After practical testing,it not only solves the problem of shrinkage and loosening,but also greatly improves the process qualification rate,productivity,cost and other aspects.
