摘　　要：汽车车身漆面颗粒问题是汽车涂装过程中最常见的质量问题之一。本文主要通过分析汽车涂装过程中常见的几种漆面颗粒问题,对涂装过程中漆面颗粒的来源进行排查,提出有效的防护措施,使得漆面颗粒缺陷得到了有效控制,从而提高企业生产效率,并优化企业生产成本,为汽车涂装制造中出现的类似问题提供一些经验参考和解决思路、方向。The problem of automotive body paint particles is one of the most common quality problems in the automotive painting process.This paper mainly analyzes several common paint particle problems in the automobile painting process,investigates the source of paint particles in the painting process,and puts forward effective protective measures,so that the paint particle defects are effectively controlled,so as to improve the production efficiency of enterprises,and optimize the production costs of enterprises,and provide some experience reference and solution ideas and directions for similar problems in automobile painting manufacturing.
