摘　　要：真空失败是冷却液加注工艺的常见失败现象之一,引起真空失败的原因较多,包括零件质量、装配质量、装配方法、天气因素、设备故障、设备参数等多方面。针对某车型的批量真空失败问题,从人、机、料、法、环、测等多方面进行分析,根据饱和蒸汽压与温度的关系,找到了引起真空失败的根本原因,为同类问题的分析解决提供参考。Vacuum failure is one of the common failure phenomena of coolant filling process,and there are many reasons for vacuum failure,including part quality,assembly quality,assembly method,weather factors,equipment failure,equipment parameters and other aspects.According to the problem of batch vacuum failure of a certain model,the root cause of vacuum failure is found according to the relationship between saturated vapor pressure and temperature,and the analysis and solution of similar problems are provided for the analysis and solution of similar problems.
