摘 要:针对某小型纯电汽车怠速开空调时存在轰鸣声问题,运用频谱相关性分析、振动噪声源传递路径分析、CAE仿真分析等手段,找到了车内产生轰鸣声的原因,是由于开空调后压缩机在3800rpm,频率在63Hz附近振动较大,通过电驱动力总成后悬置Z向传递至车身与车内声腔模态耦合,产生轰鸣声;最后牺牲空调系统制冷性能,通过降低压缩机最高转速至3400rpm,使压缩机激励转速与整车声腔模态解耦,最终解决该问题。Aiming at the problem of roar sound when a small pure electric vehicle idles to turn on the air conditioner,the reason for the roar in the car is found by means of spectrum correlation analysis,vibration and noise source transmission path analysis,and CAE simulation analysis,etc.When the compressor vibrates at 3800rpm and the frequency around 63Hz after the air conditioner is turned on,the Z direction of the rear suspension of the electric drive force assembly is transmitted to the body and the modal coupling of the sound cavity in the car,resulting in a roaring sound.Finally,the refrigeration performance of the air conditioning system is sacrificed,and the maximum speed of the compressor is reduced to 3400rpm,so that the compressor excitation speed is decoupled from the vehicle sound cavity mode,and the problem is finally solved.
