摘 要:为了解区域水资源供需平衡及水资源配置情况,进一步提升区域用水效率,选取北京市朝阳区作为研究区域,通过整理收集该区域2017—2020年用水量数据以及相关产值等统计数据,分析研究区域供水水源以及各部门用水情况,掌握各部门水资源配置及用水效率变化趋势。结果表明:再生水和外调水是未来主要供水水源,一定程度上缓解当地水资源供给压力,地下水短期内仍占部分供水比例;当前区域创建节水型社会取得了一定成就,各部门用水应继续加强监管,适时进行调控;未来解决好污水再生利用问题和生活用水需求问题是水资源可持续利用和区域协调发展的关键。研究成果旨在为区域水资源供需平衡管理及水资源科学调控提供参考依据。In order to understand the regional water resources supply and demand balance and water resources allocation,and to further improve water use efficiency,this paper selects Chaoyang District in Beijing as the study area.By collating and collecting statistics on water consumption and related production values from 2017 to 2020,we analyse the water supply sources and water use by sector in the region.Analysis of the data allows us to capture trends in water allocation and water efficiency by sector.The results show that reclaimed water and external water transfers are the main sources of water supply in the future,which alleviates the pressure of local water supply to a certain extent,but groundwater still accounts for a certain proportion of water supply in the short term.At present,the region has made certain achievements in building a water-saving society,and the water use of various departments should continue to be monitored and regulated in due course.Addressing the issue of sewage recycling and domestic water demand in the future is key to the sustainable use of water resources and the coordinated development of the region.The results of the study aim to provide a reference basis for the management of regional water resources supply and demand balance and scientific regulation of water resources.
