双污泥工艺强化生物脱氮除磷及其污泥沉降性能的中试研究

摘  要:为强化低温条件下AAO工艺的生物脱氮除磷效果,向AAO工艺中投加改性聚氨酯悬浮填料,将AAO工艺改造成为生物膜-活性污泥工艺(下称“双污泥工艺”),分析了双污泥工艺在低温条件下的出水水质、强化脱氮除磷机理及污泥沉降性能。研究表明:低温条件下双污泥工艺出水水质优于AAO工艺,AAO工艺与双污泥工艺的出水TN平均值分别为15.87、13.28 mg/L,出水TP平均值分别为1.18、0.87 mg/L;双污泥工艺在Chao1指数和Shannon指数上的表现均优于AAO工艺,说明双污泥工艺比AAO工艺具有更高的物种丰度和多样性。更高的物种丰富度可增强系统的同步硝化反硝化效果和在低温条件下的抗冲击性能;双污泥工艺中污泥LB-EPS的PN:PS较高,使得污泥的SVI较低,从而其污泥沉降性优于AAO工艺,这有助于提高低温条件下的泥水分离效果。以上研究结果为北京市通州区的村镇污水处理工艺升级提供一定的技术参考。To enhance the biological denitrification and phosphorus removal function of the AAO process under low-temperature conditions,a modified polyurethane suspension filler is added to the AAO process.And the AAO process is transformed into a biofilm-activated sludge process(hereinafter referred to as"dual-sludge process").The effluent quality,enhanced nitrogen and phosphorus removal mechanism,and sludge settleability performance of the dual-sludge process at low temperatures were investigated.Studies have shown that the effluent quality of the dual-sludge process is better than that of the AAO process under low-temperature conditions.The average TN of the effluent of the AAO process and the dual-sludge process is 15.87 mg/L and 13.28 mg/L,respectively,and the average TP of the effluent is 1.18 mg/L,0.87 mg/L.The dual-sludge process performed better than the AAO process on Chao1 index and Shannon index,indicating that the dual-sludge process has higher species abundance and diversity than the AAO process.Higher species abundance and diversity can enhance the simultaneous nitrification and denitrification effect of the system and the shock resistance at low temperature.The PN:PS of LB-EPS in the dual-sludge process is higher so that the SVI of the sludge is lower so that its sludge settleability is better than that of the AAO process,which facilitates the separation of sludge and water under low-temperature conditions.The above research results provide a certain technical reference for upgrading the sewage treatment process in villages and towns in Tongzhou District,Beijing.
