2型糖尿病脑内糖代谢改变与神经退行性变性疾病的关系

摘　　要：以2型糖尿病为代表的内分泌系统疾病和以神经退行性变性疾病为代表的中枢系统疾病都是现今社会相对高发的慢性疾病,两者都以能量代谢的改变尤其是糖代谢的改变为主要特征,更有一种观点将阿尔茨海默病称为“3型糖尿病”。由此可见,2型糖尿病和神经退行性变性疾病可能存在某种关联,且已有的大量研究表明两者之间的联系密不可分。目前,这两种疾病发生的确切原因尚未完全研究清楚,也许从两者连接的桥梁出发再分别研究各自的病理机制可以更好地了解这两种疾病。本文将对2型糖尿病与神经退行性变性疾病之间的糖代谢关联作一综述。Endocrine system diseases represented by type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and central system diseases represented by neurodegenerative diseases are both chronic diseases with relatively high incidence nowadays.Both types are characterized by energy metabolism changes,especially glucose metabolism.Some regarded Alzheimer’s disease as“type 3 diabetes mellitus”.There might be some kind of association between T2DM and neurodegenerative diseases,as shown by many studies.The exact causes of the two diseases are still unknown,and perhaps focusing on the association between them can better understand the diseases.This paper will review the relationship between T2DM and neurodegenerative diseases from glucose metabolism.
