高血压亚急症和急症患者超敏C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸、胱抑素C及内皮素-1水平变化及临床意义分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清超敏C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸、胱抑素C水平、内皮素-1的变化与高血压亚急症、高血压急症的相关性及临床意义。方法:选取2021年1月-6月进行治疗的高血压危象患者61例作为病例组,其中高血压亚急症患者35例、高血压急症患者26例;另选取在中山大学附属第三医院粤东医院进行健康体检的健康人员50例作为健康对照组。测定并比较高血压亚急症、高血压急症、健康人员的血清超敏C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸、胱抑素C、内皮素-1、心率的水平。将病例组患者的高血压病分为三级,采用相关性分析法分析患者血清超敏C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸、胱抑素C、内皮素-1水平与高血压病危险层级的相关性。结果:健康人员的血清超敏C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸、胱抑素C、内皮素-1、心率水平显著低于高血压亚急症患者(P<0.05);高血压亚急症患者的血清超敏C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸、胱抑素C、内皮素-1水平显著低于高血压急症患者(P<0.05)。血清超敏C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸、胱抑素C、内皮素-1的水平与高血压病患者的危险层级呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论:血清超敏C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸、胱抑素C、内皮素-1的水平与高血压危象患者的病情发展之间关系密切,及时地对这些指标进行测定对于高血压危象的诊断和防治具有重要意义。Objective:To investigate the correlation between the changes of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),homocysteine(Hcy),cystatin C,and endothelin-1(ET-1)and subacute-and acute-hypertension,and the clinical significance.Methods:A total of 61 cases from January 2021 to June 2021 were selected as the case group,including 35 hypertensive subacute patients and 26 hypertensive acute patients.In addition,fifty healthy people who had physical examination were selected as the healthy control group.The levels of serum hs-CRP,Hcy,cystatin C,ET-1,and heart rate of patients in the above three groups were measured and compared.The cases in the case group were divided into three levels of hypertension,and the correlation between the levels of serum hs-CRP,homocysteine,cystatin C,and ET-1 and the hypertension risk grade was analyzed finally.Results:The levels of serum hs-CRP,homocysteine,cystatin C,ET-1 and heart rate in healthy people were significantly lower than those in hypertensive subacute patients(P<0.05).The levels of serum hs-CRP,homocysteine,cystatin C,and ET-1 in hypertensive subacute patients were significantly lower than those in hypertensive acute patients(P<0.05).The levels of serum hs-CRP,homocysteine,cystatin C,and ET-1 were positively correlated with the risk stratification of hypertensive patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of serum hs-CRP,homocysteine,cystatin C and ET-1 are closely related to the conditions of hypertensive crisis patients.Timely determination of the above indicators is important for the diagnosis,prevention and treatment of hypertensive crisis.
