摘　　要：糖尿病肾病是指由糖尿病引起的慢性肾脏病。糖尿病肾病不仅是导致终末期肾病的主要原因,还是糖尿病患者最重要的致死病因之一。糖尿病患者一旦发生肾脏损害,会出现蛋白尿,肾功能持续性减退,直至终末期肾功能衰竭,至今尚无有效的措施阻止其进展。因此,全社会应大力提倡对此病的早期发现、早期诊断、早期治疗。目前西医治疗该病主要采取控制蛋白尿、降血压、控制血糖等方法,但患者病情容易反复,病程进展较快。中医运用辨证论治治疗糖尿病肾病肾衰竭,取得较好的临床效果。张建伟教授认为,治疗本病应谨守病机,分清标本,辨病与辨证相结合,结合专方专药。文章通过案例介绍张建伟教授治疗糖尿病肾病肾衰竭经验,以期为临床提供参考。Diabetic nephropathy refers to the chronic kidney disease caused by diabetes mellitus.Diabetic nephropathy is not only the main cause of end-stage renal disease,but also one of the most important causes of death in diabetic patients.Once kidney damage occurs in diabetes patients,there will be proteinuria,and renal function will continue to decline until end-stage renal failure.So far,there is no effective measure to prevent its progress.Therefore,the whole society should vigorously advocate the early detection,early diagnosis and early treatment of the disease.At present,Western medicine mainly adopts the methods of controlling albuminuria,lowering blood pressure,controlling blood glucose and so on,but the patients’conditions are easy to repeat,and the course of the disease progresses rapidly.TCM has achieved good clinical results in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy based on syndrome differentiation and treatment.Professor ZHANG Jianwei believes that the treatment of this disease should pay attention to the pathogenesis,distinguishing original cause from superficial symptoms,combining disease differentiation and symptom differentiation,and applying special method and special medicine.In this paper,Professor ZHANG Jianwei’s experience in the treatment of diabetic kidney renal failure is introduced through empirical cases,so as to provide a clinical reference.
