止咳1号方治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病痰热郁肺证的探究分析

摘　　要：目的:对止咳1号方治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰热郁肺证的疗效做探究分析。方法:选取2020年10月-2021年6月诊治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰热郁肺证的患者76例,随机分为对照组38例并予吸氧、抗感染等西医常规治疗,治疗组38例给予西医常规联合止咳1号方治疗。观察治疗前后两组中医证候积分、肺通气功能、炎症指标、血气分析等疗效指标的区别。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后中医证候评分、炎症指标、动脉血二氧化碳分压水平、慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组第1秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值的百分比、动脉血氧分压水平高于对照组(P<0.05),两组pH值的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:止咳1号方可以较好地改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病痰热郁肺证患者的临床症状,提高疗效。Objective:To investigate and analyze the therapeutic effect of the Zhike prescription No.1(止咳1号方)on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with the phlegm-heat stagnation syndrome.Methods:A total of 76 cases from October 2020 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the control group,with 38 cases that received oxygen inhalation,anti-infection and other conventional Western medicine treatments,and the treatment group,with 38 cases that were treated by conventional Western medicine treatments plus the Zhike prescription No.l.Results:The total efficiency in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and there was an obvious difference between the two groups.After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,inflammation index,partial pressure of carbon dioxide in artery level and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease assessment test score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of FEV1/FVC%,FEV1%pred and partial pressure of oxygen in the treatment group were higher than the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in pH value between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Zhike prescription No.1 can better ameliorate the clinical symptoms of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with the phlegm-heat stagnation syndrome,and improve the curative effects.
