摘　　要：春和景明,万象更新。一年一度的全国两会,是共商国是、谋篇布局的“群言场”,是砥砺奋进、蓄势待发的“加油站”。这次全国两会来自能源,电力领域的代表、委员达128名。其中,十四届全国政协委员48名,十四届全国人大代表有80名。这100多名代表、委员来自能源主管部委、电力系统、石化、煤炭、新能源、光伏、电气设备等各细分领域。从行业细分上看,石油石化领域的代表、委员达到41名,电力系统的代表、委员36名,煤炭领域的代表、委员有14名,光伏领域的代表、委员有9名,新能源领域代表、委员有7名,来自能源主管部委代表、委员有6名,“由能转仕”代表、委员有11名。In the face of the superposition of multiple reforms in the energy industry and the moment when many problems need to be solved,we carefully sort out the motions and proposals ofthe representatives,extend the meaning oftheirrichconnotations,explore th deep logic behind the text,and feel the deep and calm thoughts and rhythmic pulse from the road of the transformation of the energy industry.
