摘　　要：业务库是银行存放现金、贵金属、有价单证及其他有价值品等实物的物理空间。由于在业务经营中的特殊地位,业务库历来是银行安全防范的重点区域。当前,县域农村金融机构业务库普遍采用乡镇网点现场值守、城区和城郊网点每日接送头寸的传统运营模式。但是,随着经济社会发展,守库人员对自由舒适环境的需求与守库房封闭空间的矛盾日益加剧,加之营业网点现金流量不断下降、武装押运费用逐年上涨,单一的现场值守传统模式已经难以满足业务发展的实际需要。在这种背景下,业务库远程值守模式得以推广应用。Under the situation of upgrading bank defense capabilities and a sound public security environment,the remote on-duty defense of the business vault is a breakthrough to the current on-duty defense mode because it attempts to coordinate multiple on-duty modes.It's even more relevant in promoting the intensive and intelligent management of the business vault,so as to ensure safety,reduce costs,and promote production as well as efficiency.
