摘 要:针对全断面道砟清筛机执行元件及液压管线遍布全身、液压传动能量损失大、机构响应滞后、安装空间受限以及装备失效风险高等特征,提出基于EHA的分布式液压系统设计方案。通过分析清筛机系统,由于提轨系统提升装置功率小且远离液压油源,故采用EHA闭式液压系统驱动。根据提升装置工况要求完成其EHA液压系统设计,建立AMESim仿真模型并进行分析。仿真结果表明:所设计的液压系统整体运行平稳,系统各参数满足预期要求。Aiming at the characteristics of the full-section ballast cleaning machine’s actuators and hydraulic pipelines spreading all over the body,large hydraulic transmission energy loss,lagging mechanism response,limited installation space and high risk of equipment failure,a design scheme of distributed hydraulic system based on EHA was proposed.Through the analysis of the screening machine system,because the lifting device of the rail lifting system has small power and it is far away from the hydraulic oil source,EHA closed hydraulic system was adopted.According to the working condition of lifting device,the EHA hydraulic system design was completed,the AMESim simulation model was established and analyzed.The simulation results show that the designed hydraulic system runs smoothly as a whole,and the parameters of the system meet the expected requirements.
